Jelkof is actually the son of a Persian and a Munchkin. I was working on a selective breeding project to get a longhair Munchkin (I wasn't impressed with the breed files of the time). I was impressed with his looks, and so it seems, so have others been.

He's got a lot of spunk and playfulness, but still has some of that rotund clumsiness from his father.
